The Magical Feeling of Christmas

Christmas Day finally arrived! Anela (of course) was the first one to wake up. The night before Keawe and I informed them that they had to sleep until 7:00 a.m. We told them they could NOT come out of their rooms when they woke up, but could open their doors and quietly yell for us to wake up...hee hee..oxymoron! They did, but between the anticipation and their very SLOW parents they nearly died! (mom had to get the cinnamon rolls in the oven, dad had to get something decent on, mom had to get the camera ready, turn on the Christmas tree lights...etc. You see what we put them through!)And because I never video-tape anything, I decided to do it this year and got it ALL recorded with very little photos! (of course not thinking of blogging it at the time, just got caught up in capturing every moment LIVE!) But this is what I did get...
The very patient kids!

The girls dressing and undressing their American Girl Dolls

Ka'i and his very own Bakugan

Kanani got her pj's from Grandma Hale and santa gave her matching pj's for Elizabeth!

Kekoa playing his Ukulele! He wanted this most of all!

The gift that Anela wanted most of all was tickets to see the Broadway musical "Wicked". It's coming to Utah in April, however, I was unable to be so lucky in obtaining them..they sold out super quick! So, since my mom works for Jetblue and we can fly for free..(buddy passes for the girls) we (Grandma, me, Anela, and Kanani) are flying to New York in two weeks to see it there! That was a moment caught on camera when Anela opened that note tied to the tree! She and Kanani freaked out! It will be so fun!
