Lagoon Day with Grandma and Grandpa Hale!

It was Government workers Appreciation Day at Lagoon and our turn to go with Grandma and Grandpa Hale. This was Alakai's first time going and he was not disappointed! (well except for being too short for the major roller coasters--he is my son and his grandma's grandson--he CANNOT wait for THOSE rides!) The weather was perfect as well as the crowds and we had a blast!

 

 

Again, Grandma and Grandpa got many stares from people in the lines who couldn't believe they were going on these rides at THEIR age! They are awesome! I had to take a picture of Grandpa sitting out on the one ride he has NEVER loved "The Musical Express." He has sat on this bench for all the years we have gone to Lagoon...it is a fond memory! Me, Kanani, Kekoa, and Anela are in the front row of the ride, "Wicked." It was Kekoa's first time on this ride and he was terrified out of his mind to go. After much coaxing, he went with us and afterwards said, "That was the COOLEST ride EVER!" Needless to say, we had a lot of fun! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa!!
