We Are Finishing Our Basement! (finally!!)
Yesterday my mom (thank you so much!!) came over to help with moving all of our stuff out of the basement. We have lived here for almost 5 years now and what a lot of crap we have! (My husband is at this exact moment taking a truck load to the D.I.) After an unsuccessful attempt at selling our house in this crazy market, we have decided to move on to the basement. We can add a nice family room, two bedrooms, 1 bath, a playroom area and a nice storage room. Here are a couple of before pictures....

How fun! I love projects. You are lucky you have a space to expand and you get to decide how. I hate the way our basement is finished.
