Happy Mothers Day and Happy Birthday Mom!

Mom was very spoiled this year on Mother's Day and my birthday. For Mother's Day the kids let me sleep in, then served me breakfast in bed..french toast with Strawberries and Chocolate milk...Yummy! And of course the irresistible homemade cards and gifts!  I sure love being their mom!

Then a week later was my birthday and again they let me sleep in a little. (it was even a school day!) They were in the kitchen vigorously making breakfast for me again! They made their own lunches! Got themselves ready for school! It was fabulous! During the day I watched a movie, got a pedicure, Alakai took me to lunch at Applebees, and Keawe took me to dinner for sushi! We were joined by friends and had a celebration at home afterwards. Keawe had made Strawberry Shortcake. (my favorite) The kids had decorated the dining room and cleaned the house while we were gone for dinner! Best Birthday!! Again, I REALLY love being in this family! Keawe ordered me a spin bike that came later in the week....love it! (My bum, however, does not:(
